Notes: I know another Buffy remaster and yeah there is another in the mix. I just hate looking at my old vids and getting annoyed with quality. Not much has changed from the original, it's nice fresh and clean. Thank you Astarte and Ryan for betaing I don't know why i forgot to finish this vid for so long. And thanks again Astarte for the image.
Summary: Remaster of my Think Twice vid from way-back-when. One should know to 'think twice' before interfering with these relationships, but since they already did we get to watch pretty boys kick each others' asses.

on 2010-01-25 02:47 pm (UTC)I especially liked that you included all the pairings that you did. It really fleshed it out and made me think about the nature of jealousy, how it is a mixture of pain and longing and ego and possessiveness.
At first, when it was just Angel, Spike, and Riley fighting over who got Buffy ("think twice, before you touch MY girl"), I kept thinking how possessive and ego-based these guys seemed. It seemed like their feelings for Buffy were really shallow. But when it got to Oz and Xander, that made me rethink the first part, because those guys are a little softer in general. Anyway, I thought it was really smart to balance all that out.

on 2010-01-25 05:20 pm (UTC)I rewatched it to see what you did and I can't really remember why i split it the way i did. I know it was a method i used a lot at the time. And even now I listen to it now and i hear their different stories in the different verses. Partly it was to keep it fresh and moving for all 4 minutes.
i always felt buffy's relationships were all fire and very little substance. I kinda felt they needed all that drama to keep them going. They boys always needed to prove to each other, that they were the best for Buffy. For Oz and Xander the drama got in they way.
